TYNDALE PHILOSOPHY OF RELIGION 2012:
CALL FOR PAPERS

The summer conference of the Tyndale Fellowship will be happening this year from 2nd – 5th July 2012 at the King's Park Conference Centre, Northamptonshire (http://www.actioncentres.co.uk/kings-park/). Our philosophy group will be meeting together with the other study groups (Old Testament, New Testament, Biblical Archaelogy, Biblical Theology, Christian Doctrine, and Ethics), so colleagues can dip in and out of the other sessions if they wish. We are delighted to announce that our keynote speaker (the Tyndale Lecturer) will be Dr David Glass from the University of Ulster (http://www.infj.ulst.ac.uk/~dvglass/research_interests.html).

You can see the outline programme at http://tyndalefellowship.com/files/2012ConferencePlanwebsite.pdf. We have five slots to give away: the paper should last for about an hour, and then there will be up to an hour's discussion. Please send me (dj.hill@liverpool.ac.uk) an abstract by e-mail by March 1st. (No need to send the complete paper.) Of course, you can come whether or not you give a paper, and you'll be able to sign up at http://tyndalefellowship.com/studygroupsTF2.html. Discounted registration will be available until (probably) the beginning of April. (Advance notice: we are equally delighted that the Tyndale Lecturer next year will be Prof. Nigel Cutland from the Department of Mathematics, University of York (http://maths.york.ac.uk/www/nc507), on the applications of Goedel's Theorems to apologetics.)
